You're still waiting.

A Guide for Mid-Career Professionals Who Have Built the Right Life and Still Feel Like Something Is Missing

You know you're capable of more. You just don't know what that looks like yet.

Maybe you've bounced around; made smart, reasonable moves that never quite added up to a clear trajectory. Maybe you followed a path that looked right on paper but never felt right on the inside. Maybe you've been overlooked, sidelined, or under-utilized for so long that you've started to wonder if the version of your life where you fully show up is even possible.  Whatever road brought you here, you've arrived at the same place: deeply unfulfilled, quietly frustrated, and tired of waiting to become who you've always known you could be.  The gap between your potential and your reality has been there a long time. It doesn't close on its own.

The book that started it all.

The Thing You Were Meant to Do

The Thing You Were Meant to Do is for anyone who has spent their career doing work they're good at — but not work they were built for — and is finally ready to find the difference.  It's the book I wish had existed when I was twenty years into a zigzag, wondering if I'd left it too late.

This is what I built my work around.

I spent twenty years in that gap myself.  The zigzag career. The bridge jobs. The watching peers get promoted and labeled while I made another lateral move. The quiet shame of being capable and accomplished but unable to point to a clear trajectory. The desperate wanting to just pick something and finally become it.  It took me twenty years to find my thing. And when I did, I built an entire practice around helping others find theirs — faster, with clarity, and without the decades of circling I went through.  That's not a coaching credential. That's lived experience. And it's the only reason I can sit across from someone in your position and say: I know exactly where you are. And I know the way through.
